Minimum Age 18+

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of adulthood under the laws of your country of residence. newsky888 takes our responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. During the account verification process, we may request identity documents to confirm your age.

Valid Personal Information

All information you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and other contact details. Inaccurate information may cause delays in the account verification process or complications when withdrawing funds later.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is only allowed one active account at newsky888. Multiple registrations by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any bonuses or wins. This policy ensures fairness for all members and prevents abuse of our bonus system.

Tips for a Successful Registration

1. Use Accurate Information

Always use your real name and accurate personal details as they appear on your identity documents. This will make the account verification and withdrawal process smoother. If the information you provide does not match your identity documents during KYC verification, your account may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.

2. Choose a Strong Password

Create a strong password using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special symbols. Avoid using easily guessed information such as your date of birth, name or phone number. A strong password is your first line of defence in protecting your account and funds from unauthorised access.

3. Save Your Registration Details

Take a screenshot or note down your account details including your username and registration reference number (if any). Keep this information somewhere safe. While you can regain access via the forgot password function, having your original registration record will make the customer support process easier if needed.

4. Check Your Spam Folder

Verification emails or notifications from newsky888 can sometimes end up in your spam or promotions folder. After registering, check these folders and mark emails from newsky888 as not spam to ensure you receive all important communications in the future.

5. Use a Referral Code (If Available)

If you were invited by an existing member or have a referral code from a special promotion, make sure you enter it during registration. Referral codes often give you access to additional bonuses or exclusive promotions not available with standard registration. You cannot add a referral code after the account has been created.

Account Verification (KYC) — Why Does It Matter?

After you register and make your first deposit, you may be asked to complete the account verification or Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This is a standard procedure followed by all trusted and responsible online gambling platforms.

The KYC process requires submitting identity documents such as your MyKad or passport, along with proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. While it may seem like an extra step, account verification provides important protection for you:

• Preventing Identity Theft: Ensuring no one else can open an account using your personal information
• Protecting Your Funds: Guaranteeing that only you can withdraw funds from your account
• Speeding Up Withdrawals: Verified accounts can enjoy faster withdrawal processing with no additional delays
• Access to Higher Limits: Fully verified accounts typically enjoy higher deposit and withdrawal limits
• Legal Compliance: Helping us comply with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gambling requirements

The verification process typically takes 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your account has been successfully verified. In the meantime, you can still play and enjoy our games, but withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
